Business name and description, your services or products, photos (phone photos are fine), a logo if you have one, and your contact details. If you don't have a logo yet, that's a paid add-on we can handle.

Phone photos work - we'll flag anything that's genuinely unusable rather than quietly using stock images instead. We won't fabricate photos of your business.

It starts when we have everything we need from you - content form filled, photos and logo sent. If that's ready the same day you pay, the clock starts then too.

Yes - once the balance is paid, the design and content are fully yours. Keeping it live does mean the annual renewal (domain, hosting, SSL), which is a real ongoing cost, not optional - but it's published upfront and bundles a yearly change allowance too.

Your domain and hosting will lapse and the site will go offline. You still own the underlying design and content - you'd just need to arrange hosting elsewhere to use it.

The first 3 months include free changes each month (2 on Basic, 3 on Enhanced) - text and image swaps only. From month 4 through the end of Year 1, it's ₹500 per change. From your Year 2 renewal, a yearly allowance (2 changes on Basic, 5 on Enhanced) is bundled in; anything beyond that is still ₹500 each.

Text and image updates count as a change. New pages, new sections, or new functionality are scoped and quoted separately - that's real additional work, not a quick edit.

Domain: yes, always - transferred to your name on request. For static sites, we're on dedicated servers with no backend hosting-panel access to hand over, so we'll provide a full zip of your site files if you want to move hosts. For dynamic solutions like PadhaiTrack, the underlying code isn't transferred, even after full payment - these run on a shared, custom-built platform, and handing out that code would compromise security for every other client on it, not just you. You still fully own and use everything the solution does; the platform code itself stays with us.

Static sites (Basic and Enhanced) are template-based - content pages, no logins, no database. Dynamic sites have real functionality: user accounts, admin panels, bookings, or anything that needs to store and retrieve data. Custom dynamic work is scoped and quoted individually - the one exception is PadhaiTrack, our tutor management product, which has fixed, published subscription pricing.

A ready-made tutor management system for home tutors and small tuition centers - student and batch management, attendance, fee tracking with QR code payment display, and test result uploads, plus a parent login. It's ₹145/month for your first 5 students, then ₹29/student/month after that - no big upfront cost, and priced for how many students you actually have. The ₹145/month covers your first 5 students whether you're using all 5 slots or not - it doesn't scale down below that. It's meant to stay simple: one flat starting price, no partial-month or per-student math until you actually grow past 5. If you're just starting out, you're paying for room to grow, not just what you're using today.
