Fill the content form
Business name, logo, photos, services, and your color preferences. Takes about 10 minutes.
Pay your advance
Roughly 50% to start, as an example - the exact split depends on your plan (Basic or Enhanced) and is confirmed with you in writing before anything begins. This is what starts the clock. This is Day 0. (PadhaiTrack works differently - it's a monthly subscription, not an advance/balance build - see Pricing for details.)
If we miss the agreed timeline and you held up your end, you get a full refund - it's in our Terms of Service, not just a promise.
Preview link within 5-10 days
5 business days on Basic, 7-10 on Enhanced. A live, working preview of your actual site - not a mockup, not a screenshot.
Rounds of feedback
Free changes, no extra charge - 2 rounds on Basic, 3 on Enhanced. Tell us what to adjust and we'll revise it.
Pay the remaining balance
The other ~50%, once you approve the final version - full pricing for every plan is on our Pricing page.
Site handed over
Domain and hosting transferred, agreement signed, you own the design and content outright. Keeping it live does mean the annual renewal (domain, hosting, SSL) from Year 2 - a real cost, published upfront on our Pricing page, never a surprise.
