Custom email includes 5GB of space per ID, set up directly on our own server - works in any mobile or desktop email client. Meant for business correspondence and attachments, not general file storage.

Change request policy
Set upfront, so there's no confusion later.
- First 3 months: 2 change requests included free every month on Basic, 3/month on Enhanced.
- Months 4-12 of Year 1: ₹500 per change, pay-as-you-go.
- From your Year 2 renewal: up to 2 minor changes/year included (Basic) or 5/year (Enhanced) - bundled into your renewal, not billed separately.
- What counts as a "change": text and image swaps only. New pages, new sections, or new functionality are quoted separately, not treated as a free change.
- Response time: 48-72 business hours. Not same-day.
