Twelve years, the same small-batch philosophy

Sankalp Academy started with a simple complaint from a parent: "my son sits in a class of 80 and the teacher doesn't know his name." Every batch here is capped at 18 students, on purpose, even though a bigger batch would mean more revenue.

We've stayed a single-branch institute for twelve years, not because we couldn't expand, but because a second branch means the founder isn't in the building anymore - and we think that matters more than growth.

What we won't compromise on

• - Batch size capped at 18, no exceptions during peak admission season
• - Monthly progress reports sent to parents, not just at exam time
• - Full-time faculty only - no visiting or substitute teachers
