Rasoi Junction started as a single table and a two-burner stove. Twenty-plus years later, it's still run by the same family, still cooking from the same handful of recipes - just with a few more tables.

We never expanded into a chain, never added a "fusion" menu, never swapped the mustard oil for something cheaper. If a dish takes four hours, it takes four hours.
