A young family's first owned home - the brief was "make it feel calm," not "make it look expensive."
The clients had just moved from a rented flat and wanted their first owned home to feel settled, not staged - durable materials, warm light, and furniture that could survive two young kids.
Reworked the living-dining layout to open toward the balcony, replaced the original dark laminate with a warmer oak-toned finish, and built in storage that didn't require buying a single extra cupboard.
